• Successfully lead project management for various internal and external initiatives, defining project scope, creating project plans, and ensuring milestones are met. Projects include new client onboarding, software development and integration projects, and internal process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the execution of strategic direction and continuous operational improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Build effective working relationships across departments, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.

  • 5+ years' experience in P&C insurance with a focus on digital products, user experience and/or tech-focused role with increasing responsibility.
