Job Description:
A company is looking for a full-time, remote Community Manager
to cultivate and engage a vibrant online community.
Key Responsibilities
Solicit and implement feedback from community members to enhance
user experience
Develop and execute content strategies to grow and engage the
community
Track and report on community health metrics, focusing on loyalty
and engagement
Required Qualifications
2-3+ years of experience in community management or a related
field
Proven track record of developing and growing online
communities
Experience leading and managing other community professionals
Strong understanding of content strategy and its impact on
community growth
Familiarity with subscription or membership-based programs is a
plus
