Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Data Support responsible
for leading a customer support team and enhancing operational
efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Data Support Team to deliver technical support to
customers and vendors
Drive improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs) and
operational efficiencies
Establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams to
enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, marketing, project
management, business administration, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of management experience in a relevant field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce/JIRA
or similar systems
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding performance
metrics
Previous experience in a Call Center or Help Desk environment is
preferred
