Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager in the
Fintech sector.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and implement the enterprise risk management framework
within the Fintech line of business
Facilitate risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across
Fintech processes
Provide advisory support on risk mitigation plans and conduct
independent risk and control testing
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certification required
Minimum of 8 years of related experience, or 6 years with a
Master's degree, or 3 years with a PhD
5+ years of experience in a risk or audit role within the Fintech
or payments industry
Experience maintaining fintech-oriented frameworks and knowledge of
credit risk models is a plus
Familiarity with operational processes and risks related to
payments, payroll, and credit
