Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Lead Release Manager to oversee
the release management process for a gaming project.
Key Responsibilities
Manage platform certifications, global compliance, and change
management processes
Drive and evolve programs related to build health, release
pipeline, and developer efficiency
Coordinate with QA teams to evaluate test results and ensure build
readiness
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Release Management or Technical Program
Management in the games industry
Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine development and release
workflows
Experience leading teams and guiding career development of direct
reports
Broad knowledge of build, branch, environment, and release
processes for Live games
Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools and DevOps practices
