Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical NurseWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Mederi Caretenders in the West Orlando area. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and performing technical skilled care in the patient's home.Responsibilities:

• Provide quality patient care and perform technical skilled care in the patient's home, in accordance with the plan of care and in coordination with other members of the healthcare team.
• Complete progress notes for each visit and submit them to the agency daily.
• Continually observe and report the patient's nursing needs, instruct the patient's family in the care of the patient, and maintain a healthy environment for the patient.
• Observe, record, and report to the supervising nurse and/or physician the patient's response to treatment and changes in the patient's condition.Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Florida.
  • Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
