Title: Registered Nurse – Float Pool RNJob Type: Permanent / Direct HireSetting: Hospital - Acute Care Float PoolLocation: Gainesville, FL Schedule: Full-time 3x12 days & nights 7-7, rotating weekendPay: Flat $43/hour plus night and weekend shift diff, a full benefits package, and a 20K sign-on bonus!

The Float RN will have the unique ability to "float" between several different areas across the nursing spectrum- Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality- Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis- Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS:- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing - Current clean, active FL/compact RN license and BLS - Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (any unit/specialty)- Must be flexible with floating to multiple units
