Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. People Operations Generalist to
join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries related to
benefits, onboarding, and payroll
Ensure accuracy of employee data and assist with programs that
enhance the employee experience
Support the investigation and resolution of employee relations
issues and manage the HR knowledge base
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a
related field
Minimum of 5+ years as an HR Generalist in a fast-paced
environment
Experience using HR tools such as Workday, JIRA, and Google
Suite
Experience in creating and developing processes and documentation
(SOP)
Knowledge of EMEA or LATAM statutory regulations is preferred
