Commercial.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Appeals and Grievances team
Coach and develop staff for accurate and timely management of
appeals and grievances
Ensure compliance and optimal customer service through
cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
BA/BS or equivalent experience in health care, conflict resolution,
or related field
3-5 years of health care or insurance experience
Supervisory experience preferred
Health care benefit and regulatory knowledge preferred
Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and procedures
preferred
