• Responsible to provide test security, ensures respect for student information and student confidentiality
• Comply with all testing procedures, practices and policies
• Responsible for tracking candidates admitted to testing, in accordance with secure check-in procedures, and monitor attendance continuously throughout the entire exam session.
• Comply with all applicable legal requirements relating to the activities of contracted and ADA related matters.
• Function effectively indoors in a classroom environment and engage in work of primarily a sedentary nature with the ability to sit or stand at workstation for extended periods.Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Knowledge:
• Customer and Personal Service - General knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of user satisfaction.
• English Language - General knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.Skills:
• Active Listening - Proficient skills in giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
• Critical Thinking - Basic skills in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
• Reading Comprehension - Proficient understanding of written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents.
• Speaking - Proficient skills in talking to others to convey information effectively.
• Judgment and Decision Making - Proficient skills in considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the appropriate one.
• Monitoring - Basic skills in monitoring / assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.Abilities:
